spare metal button Waverly 50s Martins 0-18 etc, Gretsch 6128, etc-
Original TREBLE SIDE...
Offering for your consideration one RARE spare late 40s-early 50s metal button Waverly as shown in the photos. This is an original nickel plated TREBLE SIDE with oval metal button which is original to many guitars from that period....including Martin (0-18, etc), Gretsch (6128,etc) and others. (Treble side = for the 3rd, 2nd and 1st string side of the peghead.... the high strings). The tuner is completely ORIGINAL....and it is shows appropriate wear. Plating is excellent so it will look just right on that cherished vintage guitar. These tuners did not bear any markings from the manufacturer but were produced by Waverly. Tuner is totally operative...i.e. turn the button and the post moves like it should with good drag. Listing is for ONE tuner only as shown. Includes two mounting screws and string post ferrule....Tough item to find when you need one...... no other parts included....just what is shown in the photos. Feels SO good to get that vintage guitar right!!.....
