This is an original nickel plated TREBLE SIDE , open gear kluson with oval plastic button which is original to many Martin guitars from that period (40s Martin 0-18, 000-18, D-18 etc).... (Treble side = for the 1ST, 2nd and 3rd string side of the peghead). The tuner is completely
ORIGINAL. All original and marked correctly on plate bottom. Plate measures 1 3/8" in height at tallest part and 3/4" in width. Tuner is operative ...i.e. turn the button and the post
moves like it should. Plating shows age. Nice healthy original tip. Exact tuner shown. No string post ferrule.. $40
